近年來,中(zhong)國交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)智(zhi)能(neng)化水平正持(chi)續提升,互聯網(wang)與交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)融(rong)合的(de)步伐也在加快(kuai),智(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)已經成為中(zhong)國智(zhi)慧城(cheng)市建設需要(yao)突破的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)領域(yu)。目前,中(zhong)國智(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)主要(yao)分(fen)為三(san)個領域(yu):城(cheng)市智(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)及高速(su)公路智(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)和其(qi)他領域(yu)智(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)(tong)(tong)。2018年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交通市場規模達1340.6億(yi)元(yuan),同比(bi)增長14.87%。2019年中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交通市場規模約1520.2億(yi)元(yuan)。大幅增強(qiang)綜(zong)合(he)交通運輸(shu)協同運行和(he)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)監管能(neng)力,全面提(ti)升中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國綜(zong)合(he)交通運輸(shu)的綜(zong)合(he)化(hua)、智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)水(shui)平和(he)服務品質(zhi)。到2022年,形(xing)成新一(yi)代綜(zong)合(he)交通運輸(shu)與智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交通技術(shu)體系(xi),為實施國家(jia)重(zhong)(zhong)大發展(zhan)戰略,提(ti)供高效(xiao)、可(ke)持(chi)續的綜(zong)合(he)交通運輸(shu)系(xi)統支撐。車只是智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交通體系(xi)的一(yi)個重(zhong)(zhong)要元(yuan)素,卻不是全部。自動駕(jia)駛(shi)汽車,本質(zhi)上都是要實現智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交通,以提(ti)升整體交通效(xiao)率、提(ti)高安(an)全系(xi)數(shu)和(he)提(ti)升出行體驗(yan)。

在(zai)《推進“互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)網(wang)+”便(bian)捷交通(tong),促進(jin)智能(neng)交通(tong)發展的(de)(de)實(shi)施(shi)方案》的(de)(de)推動下,中(zhong)國智能(neng)交通(tong)將(jiang)真正進(jin)入產(chan)業(ye)化發展階段,圍繞(rao)智能(neng)交通(tong)應用(yong)將(jiang)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個龐大的(de)(de)產(chan)業(ye)鏈,為相關行(xing)業(ye)帶來千億元市(shi)(shi)場(chang)商機。截至2019年(nian)9月,全國共(gong)有252個地(di)級以上城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)發行(xing)“交通(tong)聯(lian)合”卡,主要業(ye)務(wu)領域(yu)涉及(ji)公(gong)交、軌道(dao)(dao)、出(chu)租車、輪渡、自行(xing)車、城(cheng)際巴士(shi)等多(duo)種(zhong)交通(tong)方式。其中(zhong),210個城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)市(shi)(shi)區(qu)全部公(gong)交線(xian)路(lu)實(shi)現(xian)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong),13個城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)軌道(dao)(dao)線(xian)路(lu)實(shi)現(xian)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong),35個城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)開(kai)通(tong)了試運行(xing)公(gong)交線(xian)路(lu),總(zong)計(ji)覆(fu)蓋全國2.2萬條(tiao)公(gong)交線(xian)路(lu)、52條(tiao)軌道(dao)(dao)線(xian)路(lu)。2019年(nian)底實(shi)現(xian)260個地(di)級城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)卡通(tong)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)。預計(ji)2020年(nian)基本實(shi)現(xian)全國范圍內跨市(shi)(shi)域(yu)、跨省域(yu)互(hu)(hu)聯(lian)互(hu)(hu)通(tong)。

目(mu)前(qian)國(guo)內(nei)智(zhi)能交通系統行業逐漸從前(qian)期走向(xiang)快速發展階段,但(dan)地區(qu)差異(yi)明顯。由(you)于交通行業信息化需(xu)求復雜(za),覆蓋面較廣(guang),使得(de)細分(fen)市(shi)(shi)場眾(zhong)多,市(shi)(shi)場的集中(zhong)度較低,整(zheng)個行業中(zhong)沒有處于絕對(dui)市(shi)(shi)場領先的企業。目(mu)前(qian)國(guo)內(nei)從事智(zhi)能交通行業的企業約有2000多(duo)家,主要(yao)(yao)集中在道路監(jian)控、高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路收(shou)費、3S(GPS、GIS、RS)和(he)系(xi)統集成環(huan)節。目前國(guo)內(nei)約有500家企(qi)業在從事監(jian)控產品的生(sheng)產和(he)銷售。高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路收(shou)費系(xi)統是中國(guo)非(fei)常有特色(se)的智能交通領域,國(guo)內(nei)約有200多(duo)家企(qi)業從事相關產品的生(sheng)產,并且國(guo)內(nei)企(qi)業已取(qu)得了(le)具有自主知(zhi)識(shi)產權的高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路不停車收(shou)費雙界面CPU卡(ka)技術。在3S領域,國(guo)內(nei)雖(sui)然有200多(duo)家企(qi)業,一些龍頭企(qi)業在高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路機電系(xi)統、高(gao)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)路智能卡(ka)、地理(li)信息系(xi)統和(he)快(kuai)速(su)(su)公(gong)(gong)交智能系(xi)統領域占據了(le)重要(yao)(yao)的地位。

智(zhi)能交(jiao)通(tong)在(zai)未來交(jiao)通(tong)運輸行業發展(zhan)中占有(you)很大(da)比例,因為在(zai)中國(guo)普(pu)遍存在(zai)道路擁堵,交(jiao)通(tong)供(gong)需(xu)不(bu)平衡,城市、人口、交(jiao)通(tong)三(san)者之間(jian)的(de)矛盾日益凸顯等很多難題(ti),這些都(dou)需(xu)要(yao)大(da)力發展(zhan)智(zhi)能交(jiao)通(tong),才能使當前(qian)的(de)城市交(jiao)通(tong)面(mian)貌得到改善,發展(zhan)取(qu)得良性(xing)循環。交(jiao)通(tong)部指出,人工智(zhi)能將結合資(zi)通(tong)訊與5G技術(shu)擴大應(ying)用于(yu)自(zi)(zi)動(dong)駕(jia)駛巴(ba)士、車(che)流特征(zheng)分(fen)析(xi)、交(jiao)(jiao)通事(shi)件偵測(ce)及(ji)交(jiao)(jiao)通行(xing)為分(fen)析(xi)等領(ling)域。智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通管(guan)理已成功導入人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)技術(shu)于(yu)交(jiao)(jiao)通事(shi)故熱(re)點分(fen)析(xi)、車(che)流偵測(ce)及(ji)行(xing)人安全(quan)警示等應(ying)用,并于(yu)游覽車(che)業(ye)者全(quan)面導入建(jian)置衛星定(ding)位(wei)設備,透過動(dong)態監控管(guan)理,提(ti)升行(xing)車(che)安全(quan)。隨著技術(shu)的(de)發(fa)展,智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通系統(tong)建(jian)設邁入新階段。面向(xiang)公眾(zhong)的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化服務問題得到(dao)社(she)會(hui)重視,智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化服務水平逐步(bu)提(ti)升。《交(jiao)(jiao)通強國建(jian)設綱要》更是(shi)明確指出(chu),大力發(fa)展智(zhi)(zhi)慧交(jiao)(jiao)通,推(tui)(tui)動(dong)大數(shu)據、互聯(lian)網、人工(gong)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)、區塊鏈、超級(ji)計(ji)算等新技術(shu)與交(jiao)(jiao)通行(xing)業(ye)深度融合(he)。未來,智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通市(shi)場將出(chu)現大幅(fu)增(zeng)長(chang)的(de)原因(yin)是(shi)因(yin)為城市(shi)人口在(zai)(zai)持(chi)續增(zeng)長(chang)、人口增(zeng)長(chang)率(lv)也處于(yu)高(gao)位(wei)、互聯(lian)車(che)輛與智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)技術(shu)在(zai)(zai)交(jiao)(jiao)通基礎設施內的(de)應(ying)用率(lv)持(chi)續走高(gao)及(ji)自(zi)(zi)由貿易協定(ding)的(de)增(zeng)多(duo)。此外,政府正在(zai)(zai)推(tui)(tui)動(dong)的(de)智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)城市(shi)策略等也起到(dao)了推(tui)(tui)動(dong)作用。在(zai)(zai)交(jiao)(jiao)通模式(shi)中,未來航空業(ye)的(de)增(zeng)幅(fu)可能(neng)是(shi)最高(gao)的(de),這主要是(shi)因(yin)為乘客更喜歡快(kuai)捷(jie)、舒適的(de)出(chu)行(xing)方式(shi)。

2020智能交通行業發展面臨挑戰

盡(jin)管中國智能(neng)交通(tong)前景廣闊,屬于(yu)產業升級(ji)受(shou)益行(xing)業,未(wei)來高(gao)成(cheng)長趨勢明顯,但(dan)也面臨著不少困難(nan)和挑戰(zhan)。其一,由于(yu)物聯網(wang)技術在(zai)智能(neng)交通(tong)領(ling)域應(ying)用的構架尚(shang)未(wei)明確,標準體系(xi)尚(shang)不健全、不統一,規模經(jing)濟不夠,盈利(li)模式(shi)未(wei)可(ke)行(xing),大(da)大(da)增(zeng)加了企業的應(ying)用成(cheng)本,不利(li)于(yu)智能(neng)交通(tong)的推行(xing);其二,傳(chuan)感器成(cheng)本、性能(neng)(neng)(neng)和(he)壽命,在(zai)技術上(shang)與交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)應(ying)(ying)用的要求還不相適應(ying)(ying),傳(chuan)感、支撐(cheng)網絡(luo)也尚未建立,地址(zhi)資(zi)源嚴重(zhong)缺(que)失(shi),行業(ye)(ye)數(shu)據(ju)中心特(te)別(bie)是部級層(ceng)面(mian)(mian)的行業(ye)(ye)數(shu)據(ju)中心尚未真正廣泛創建,影響(xiang)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)深入應(ying)(ying)用;其三,關鍵技術仍受制于(yu)人(ren),研發(fa)急需突破。目(mu)前國(guo)(guo)內70%以上(shang)的智能(neng)(neng)(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)高端市場被國(guo)(guo)外企(qi)業(ye)(ye)搶占(zhan)(zhan),中國(guo)(guo)在(zai)RFID、傳(chuan)感器上(shang)并無主導權,仍受制于(yu)美國(guo)(guo)、歐(ou)盟,國(guo)(guo)內盈利面(mian)(mian)較小;其四(si),智能(neng)(neng)(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)研究(jiu)和(he)示范(fan)應(ying)(ying)用點(dian)分散(san)而不成(cheng)體系,技術參差不齊,市場競爭秩序(xu)也不完善,也給整個智能(neng)(neng)(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)行業(ye)(ye)的發(fa)展帶來負面(mian)(mian)影響(xiang);其五,目(mu)前國(guo)(guo)內智能(neng)(neng)(neng)交(jiao)(jiao)通(tong)IT企(qi)業(ye)(ye)多(duo)數(shu)規模較小,企(qi)業(ye)(ye)穩(wen)定性相對較弱,國(guo)(guo)際廠商加緊搶占(zhan)(zhan)市場,企(qi)業(ye)(ye)業(ye)(ye)績(ji)波動幅度或加大。

智能交(jiao)通作為一個新經濟增(zeng)長點的(de)戰(zhan)略(lve)新興(xing)產業,具有良好的(de)市(shi)場(chang)效(xiao)益(yi),其(qi)市(shi)場(chang)前景十分(fen)廣(guang)闊(kuo)。在安防領域的(de)應用范圍(wei)也(ye)非常(chang)廣(guang)闊(kuo),僅以機場(chang)為例,全國大(da)中型(xing)機場(chang)約100余個(ge),按照每個(ge)機場建設10-20公里圍界計(ji)算,市(shi)場容量就將在50億元以上。預計(ji)未來5年中(zhong)(zhong),中(zhong)(zhong)國將在200個(ge)以上的大中(zhong)(zhong)型城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)建立城(cheng)(cheng)市(shi)交通(tong)(tong)指(zhi)揮(hui)中(zhong)(zhong)心。中(zhong)(zhong)心將集(ji)公安(an)交通(tong)(tong)GIS綜合業務(wu)管理(li)、視(shi)頻監控、信號控制、交通(tong)(tong)信息檢測、GPS車輛定位、通(tong)(tong)信調(diao)度指(zhi)揮(hui)及交通(tong)(tong)信息發布(bu)等系(xi)統于一體。
